RxSS: Rx Savings Solutions

User log in is blocked once again. So it’s a useless app. Not the first time they update and you are blocked from logging in or accessing. Great job locking everyone out. Update: contacting the developer is useless they blame the insurance company. The problem is with RxSS & app developer. So you can aggravate yourself and waste time by calling or emailing when it’s just an exercise in futility. They will either choose to not assist or just blame shift and say it’s the insurance company.

Can’t even log in through the app. It does not let you in

It will not activate a new account. I installed it from the App Store this morning.

Will not even turn on when I click on it. I keep deleting it and then I install again and again, but it will not work at all.

This app is the smartest idea. It helps you find lower cost alternatives to medications I am taking. I discuss them with my doctor and I save a bunch of money each month. They will send you suggestions if they ever find savings and can reach out to your doctor on your behalf, if you’d like!

I have an iPhone and the app doesn't appear to connect with my BCBS site when trying to access RXXS. From what I understand the android and desktop versions work, but not iPhone. I got a response from the developer saying to contact BCBS which I did and they said it was an issue with the RXSS app and not BCBS. So then I called RXSS and the rep told me that the app will not work on iPhones and that it is a known issue. They said the app will work on Android phones but on iPhones. The RXSS rep said that RXSS was working on a fix to their app but could not provide a timeline. So when will the app be fixed and work on iPhones?

This app is very handy to have on hand at the pharmacy or your Doctor’s office. It shows me all my current prescriptions I get using my insurance plan and the price I pay. For the ones that are not covered, I can search the drug and go over the alternates with my Doctor during the appointment. The savings and the ease of use keep me coming back. Thank you!

Straight forward and easy to use. Great visibility to what medications cost on my health plan as well as ways I can save money. Medication reminders are handy to remind me to give my child’s maintenance medication.
