Picked up on time lovely driver and just as the app quoted definitely will be using it again

Tried to pre book last night, after the app crashing 5 times I decided to give up and try again this morning. Sadly, the problem persisted, attempting to book a Ryde car to the airport. Tells me nothing available right now (which is fine), asks me to pre book then crashes!

Requested Ryde from the app, easy to use, quick to respond arrived within 15 mins. Will definitely use this again, much quicker than a normal taxi

Amazing ride at the best price on the island

First time I’ve used Ryde, it certainly won’t be my last. The driver was waiting for us in arrivals. Car was very comfortable and not one grumble about all things Jersey which is my pet hate with taxi drivers! Eladio was professional, a great driver. I shall request him as my driver next time I book with Ryde.
