Wow, in this tech savvy world these clowns can't even get a simple app to work. It doesn't sync with PGR and gives bare minimum info. Can't even import your booking when made on Priority Guest Rewards website, no there is no PGR app. Do better.

Total waste of time. And embarrassing that the CTO of the organisation has allowed this brand damage to occur.

Can’t even log in or connect. It just says to check your internet connection. But my connection is fine and all other apps and web browsers work fine A total waste

Doesn’t sync with any bookings made outside app - most frustrating app!

Can’t even login - useless app

Cannot login with my Rydges Account details - I checked that they are current and correct. I didn’t want to make a new account for MobileKey. It seems a bit redundant to have to juggle multiple accounts for a single hotel chain.

Tried multiple times different days but it does not work can’t find reservations and this app currently is not much of use they need to improve it to be useful

Complete waste of time, feels like it’s here as an attempt to steal your existing PGR email and password.

Won’t accept my login.

All I wanted was to order room service after a long day. Doesn’t work - invalid name and room. Ridiculous that there isn’t even a menu in the room any more Calling on the phone doesn’t work either, so ended up at a burger joint around the corner. Get it sorted guys
