Ryze Connect

Crashes every time I try an open the fitness section or other sections on the app including exercise it seems Ryze has abandoned the app. Used to be good..

The main part of the the app where you have your rings won’t let you click on it. And it’s difficult to change your goals.

Watch good value, however a bit glitchy. Just with trying to scroll up and down settings it lags and or freezes. Sometimes doesn’t save current exercise on occasion.

Seems like a decent app other than whenever I try to go onto where my watch Is in device it instantly crashes every single time so I can’t get into those settings to finish setting up my watch please fix as it is a bit of a let down. Thank you.

Overall my experience with this brand so far is okay. My watch is amazing and loving it so far, however, the app is absolutely aweful. It crashes almost every time I try to click on my device in app. And I cannot get it to sync to my Strava which as an athlete is totally useless having a watch that doesn’t connect to the most common active platform. Every time I go to sync it, I cannot push the “agree” button as instructions state so cannot sync. Overall disappointed especially when there is so much better out there. Will say activity tracker is good and watch is doing its job.

App closes down when you select the device, also when you select the fitness section closes down, fix please ?

Watch restarts randomly and the latest update makes the app crash and is basically just useless now, it has to be bad when apple health is better by a mile, if you bought a Ryze flex thinking it was slash resistant think Again, mine is malfunctioning after a rain storm, not as advertised, take it back and get a better brand

Just got one today and downloaded the app but every time I go to click on the device the app shuts down

So i had gotten the kids active watch for my birthday and now it’s only been around 7-8 months it has been a blessing it does everything I need but now for the past week the screen turns off for no reason then I press it to see if it turns on then it does not turn on the lcd still lights up but it lights up black and does not work it then I have to go onto the app and reset the watch and it works for like 50 minutes then it turns off again and the watch battery warranty last 12 months and I have reached out to the customer support and they did nothing to help now I have a new watch and different brand it works way better

The app is okay I wouldn’t say get this app quick it’s so helpful it really isn’t like even with the watch or something can u add it so that we can fix the time my watch is efficiently 6 minutes late like literally COME ON!!
