Verschwiegen wird das man hier einen Identifikation,s Code braucht wenn man seine Karte das erste mal hinzufügen möchte und den muss man beantragen und das dauert eins bis zu Fünf Tage oder mehr.
Nicht kompatibel mit iPhone Pro
App wurde augenscheinlich immer noch nicht an die geänderten Brennweiten von iPhone 14 Pro / 15 Pro / 16 Pro angepasst. Kreditkarte wird nicht erkannt, weil unscharf…
Neue Kreditkarte
Die Einrichtung ging absolut problemlos und in nur 5. min.! Besser geht es wirklich nicht ☺️👍🏻.
Grottige Umsetzung bei Neuanmeldungen
Keine Ahnung, wer da die Qualitätssicherung der Usability macht! Einfach gruselig! Andere Banken erledigen die Freigabe mit ihrer Security App (bspw. Santander) Wozu die Sparkasse hier eine Extra-App braucht, ist nicht nachvollziehbar. Musste meine Karte neu registrieren lassen. Alte Karte löschen? Geht nicht, nur bei Anruf über die Hotline. Karte neu hinzugefügt per Einlesen durch Kamera, „Weiter“ fordert automatisch einen neuen Code an!! Ich hatte aber schon einen angefordert und vorliegen!! Die Aufforderung zur Codeeingabe erfolgt nur bei manueller Eingabe der Kartennummer. Der war dann jedoch jetzt ungültig!! Jetzt muss ich wieder warten auf den neuen Code, der per Post zugeschickt wird. Grauenhaft! Wenn man es dann, ohne falsch abzubiegen, geschafft hat, ist die App halbwegs benutzbar. Übrigens habe ich vergeblich versucht, die registrierte Karte von PIN auf Face-ID (beworbenes Bio-Authorisierungsmerkmal) umzustellen! Das war der eigentliche Anlass und führte dann zur Neuregistrierung. Keine Ahnung, welcher Praktikant das programmiert hat!
Noch eine separate App
Total nervig. Extra eine eigene App, obwohl es Standards gibt. Und dann auch noch einen Brief für die Registrierung. Willkommen in Deutschland
Nicht so snappy
An sich ja ne einfache App aber so richtig snappy is sie nicht… wirkt etwas langsam aber weiß nicht was hier ran langsam sein kann…
App vergisst die Daten
Die App ist der größte Mist…immer dann, wenn ich gerade mal eine Zahlung online erledigen muss, sind die Daten meiner Mastercard Gold futsch und ich muss mich erneut registrieren. Nicht nur, dass es 1 Woche dauert, bis der Code kommt…bis dahin kann ich dann auch nicht zahlen. Ist mir jetzt zum 3. mal passiert.
Geht gar nicht
Mal wieder online bestellt und keine Bestätigung bekommen, die App mach nur Probleme mit AMEX habe ich das nie!
warum für jede Aktion eine andere App?
jede Transaktion endet mit der Aufforderung die Kreditkarte zu aktualisieren, warum ?
