Sometimes I turn the system on via the app and I’ll get home and the system wasn’t started or turn it off from my phone and the system won’t turn off. It’s a hit and miss most days

Too slow to reconnect to wifi specially when i reboot my wifi, to control the a/c unit

The app is consistently inconsistent with its functionality. There are connection problems, inability to remotely operate all functions, missing temperature and display data, etc. It's a shame, it could be a great app if they'd actually get it to work 99+ of the time.

My app actually picks up another account in my neighborhood. “McNabb”. Very frustrating. It used to work great but I think something went wrong after the last update. I called customer service but they were unable to get the app to sync with my thermostat. Ugh. 😠

I wish this system/app would calculate real time power consumption. With the fan/compressor ramping up and down due to variable speed, it’s hard to track the power used.

We are very pleased we really enjoy the displays almost like looking outside. And easy of use. Thank you
