The app is terrible. Instructions clearly say how to upload my artwork and yet what they say to do is completely missing. I can not trust my work to such a sloppy unprofessional company.

There needs to be pricing filters and often after clicking on more than 4 paintings to see them and read up on the artist, the system stops working. Worst part, you then have to start searching from the beginning. App definitely needs some work.

Horrible Experience
Absolutely horrible experience. I had a client purchase a piece of art - Saatchi arranged for the shipping and my piece ended up damaged and ruined when it arrived to the client. Saatchi offered little to no help and have yet to take any responsibility. I lost the sale and one of my most valued pieces. I’m trying to make other artists aware of this.
Made my first art purchase
I just bought a Edith Torony piece and I am thrilled to start collecting. I immediately bought 3 more and now I can’t even think about buying shoes again! Who needs more shoes when you can buy these amazing pieces from all these talented artists. I’m officially an art collector, let’s see what’s next!
Horrible service
Don’t waste your time on this company. I’ve been trying to delete my account for weeks now, after having problems of selling my art work and I’ve been having a very hard time getting my emails responded to.
Needs updating
Contains an enormous amount of art, though diversity among artists represented, particularly American artists, needs attention. I would like to be able to find and support artists of color, and they seem underrepresented. (I’ve spent a lot of time on the app over more than a year.) The app is very infrequently updated. Some basic functions, like being able to remove favorites from your list, are missing. (If you favorite a piece, you’re stuck with it on your favorite list forever.) And if you add art to your cart, there is no way to tap on the item in your cart and return to the listing. The search function is very good. Lots of ways to filter. I especially enjoy finding and following artists I like and looking at the art they favorite.
This app is so lame. Get an artist seller app!
This app is so lame. As is their customer service and NOT user friendly website. You can’t even see your dashboard or sales on the app...it just seems to be for people to buy art. Get an artist seller app!
Viewing prints is buggy.
Buttons to view prints disappear. All navigation along the top actually.
