Ini bodo punya apps.. tiada resit dan nama.. tidak tau betul atau tidak payment yg dibuat

Sudah bayar tunggu lepas tunggu 1 minggu pun belum dapat issue

Sabah pay patut buat banyak pilihan bayaran lain. Ini kena pakai boost sahaja. Sepatutnya ada melalui online banking. Mengarut betul itu sebab orang rela bayar cara biasa.

Saya mahu bayar bil air. Last month (Julai) saya jumpa Jabatan Air mahu bayar bil ikut amount di Sabah Pay, itu pegawai check then cakap tidak payah bayar apa-apa. Walaupun saya hairan tapi syukur la tidak payah bayar. Jadi ni bulan (Ogos) saya cek lagi berapa bil air, tapi itu-itu juga amount dia macam last month. Itu sen dia pun langsung tidak berubah. Ni saya tidak tahu salah ni app ka yang 100 tahun ke belakang atau salah Jabatan Air tidak pandai kasi update dalam sistem. Sekian daripada saya, -Rakyat yang mahu support local app tapi app pula tidak pandai update-

kenapa sy rasa menyusakan sebb tak ada online bank in.. sila update guna bank in online

I dont know why they dont just allow us to make payment straight from our bank. It would be way easier instead of having to register and top up a Boost acc 🙄. On top of that, no payment history feature. How can we know if the transaction was successful or not?? Hope the app developer rectify this issue, its 2023 for godsake.

When adding DBKK as favourite, it shows a blank page without any services.

There’s no receipt of payment No option to view payment history

Really need to do payment history, iyneed to see my history but don’t have that function, and when u pay electric bill can’t even know which name, only can know acc number, what if key in wrong account number u cant tell is that the right name u pay
