Sabbath School Quarterly App

The App is excellent and I've learnt a whole lot from it as a new Adventist at 60 years old. Highly recommended. It will be great if the teacher's section can be added to it.

Love the app…just would request you publish the next quarter much earlier. We are on the last lesson of the quarter and you still haven’t published the next quarter yet. Teachers have no way of preparing ahead. Thank you.

I persisted with this app because dispute all its issues it was the best and I liked the addition of the mission story every Friday. It now has improved considerably. It downloads fine now and does not need to be reinstalled. The weird additions to the text are no longer there. I like the colour change for each quarter, though I’d like to choose my own colour but that’s just me. The only think that needs tweaking are the links to the bible verses. Sometimes they are incorrect. I feel I can finally donate to the app, which I have done.

Would be great to have the auto dictionary option for find words back

I have been a fan of this App for many, many years, it is far more user friendly than the Conference App, mainly because it allows you to write text where you want to. This improved update goes one further and now enables you to add your comprehensive thoughts after each paragraph. That’s fantastic for Sabbath Day notes. (I write the Hit The Mark, KEYWORD and the TALKING POINTS, 3 points here). It’s Great! BUT: There are a few significant issues. 1. The whole process of Copy & Paste, Redo & Undo, Select a line of text, Word Check, etc. is unavailable! Instead you are constantly asked if you want to paste a section of text. (Given that you would have copied it from elsewhere, specifically for that reason, to be constantly asked if you want to paste it is annoying). PLEASE REACTIVATE the shortcut icons to do so. 2. The ‘LOOKUP’ function is not available! Now I have to leave the App to check spelling and definitions - that’s also inconvenient as well as annoying. 3. Highlighting - there’s a glitch in this function. Instead of highlighting the selected text, it duplicates it immediately after what should have been highlighted!!! NOT HELPFUL. 4. Finally: Sometimes as a result of 3 above, the entire block of text (or the entire page) goes blank, greys out, disappears… and the whole of the page is inaccessible. This has happened to me twice now. I have deleted and reinstalled the App but, whilst my written notes have gone, the blanked out page is still prominent <sigh>. Without those issues, this would be a solid 5 Star rating, not least because of the ability to ‘easily’ return to previous Quarter’s and revisit studies (I intend to do so with the previous Revelation study, which is seemingly the 1st part of the 3 Cosmic Messages study we are doing now). I love the varied selection of Bibles available (although I would prefer The Clear Word over The Message)… The only thing that would tip this over the edge, into absolute perfection, would be, in addition to fixing the above issues, the inclusion of the EGW Notes. But that’s just a cherry… Please can you address these concerns? I will definitely update my review once they’re done. Thank you.

Bring back the dictionary ( look up )option.

I’m not sure if this is happening for anyone else, but there are faults within the text. Sentences inserted mid sentences making the comprehension and understanding of the text difficult. Please fix this fault . Ta

I do enjoy studying the bible using quarterlies, insight’s brought about are thought provoking. Hence, like all other quarterlies, this one has made the book of Deuteronomy so relevant to our times. Indeed Love, Grace and Mercies of God has traversed through times. I for one cannot phantom this Love. Oh what manner of love God has bestowed upon us!

Nearly there making bile study even more easier, more accessible and more enjoyable. One issue I would like to raise, not complaining of course like Miriam (Week 2 third quarter 2021). When using the audio function how do I pause so I can read the scripture text?
