Unable to log in for a month. Tried multiple methods but did not work. No response from customer service on how to solve the issue. Very disappointing.

Had issues signing up, and having sign up, had issues logging in
App can’t function
The app can’t even be opened and function normally
Hydration Test not working
Hydration test function and skin test report function are not working.
Very unstable software
It’s great when it’s working. It’s not working again and it’s getting more frequent. The app is almost never down till this year. And this ‘internal server error’ keeps happening nowadays. Really annoying.
My app hangs
It was working fine until today. It hangs and refuses to start up so I gotta set my Tri light manually for use. Solve my app issue and I’ll review the rating
