Didn’t wake me up app open don’t waste money on this app
I’ve been having problems with the dawn simulator timer... first I set my alarm to 7.30am and didn’t go off, I contacted customer service and they tried to help. In the meantime it started to go off but at really random times. Once it went off at 5.30am so I compensated for the two hour gap and set it to 8.30am thinking it would go off at 6.30am but it went off at 4.55am?! Not heard anything back from customer service... Not happy at all, it a shame as it’s got loads of potential. The SAD light is really good so I will keep using it for that purpose.
Not able to change colour anymore, just blue.
I use this app as a light and sound based alarm. I put my phone in my docking/ charging station overnight and it wakes me up to a beautiful and gradually increasing source of light with sounds of birds chirping 😇
Finally a single app that I can use as a timer based light box and an alarm based dawn simulator!! Initially it took some patience as just staring at a blue screen can be boring (and frustrating!) - but the new upgrade enables me to play the radio in the background 📻 🎵. The trick is to stay with for a few days before you start feeling the difference. All the best 🤘🏻🌞
Simply don’t bother. It’s just a screen colour changer not an awaken to light app.

Using this App not only enabled me to try Light Therapy for cheap price, but I also learnt loads about Seasonal Affective Order using the resource links within the App. Worth the money!
I have been using this app for 2 weeks. I turn this app on (I use the default blue light setting) and keep my phone next to the mirror whilst brushing my teeth and getting ready in the morning. My exposure session lasts for about half hour. I don’t directly look at my phone during this time but ensure the light is falling on my eyes. I have seen a marked difference in my symptoms. Hope it works for you too 😊🏝
