Very complicate to access the tabs, to make a book mark. Tabs are not organised. Last closed page’s tab is not in the last position. It is like we have to find out from all the opened tabs. You have to click so many options to do a simple thing.
No easy way to access browser history, half of the time it not search of the thinks i asked it. I had close the current tab and search again
After ios 26, the new tab option has much boring, please add the tab button below Home Screen, like previous safari versions
The Safari app was working fine till last year on iphone16. But since last 7-8 months the app is absolutely unusable. Simple google search works but any drop down menus you cannot open. Only responds to 40% of the page. Most of the website links open to a blank page with just the logo or background. I have deleted history, restarted the phone multiple time, changed privacy settings but to no avail. Based on the reviews here and on various forums it seems to be a common problem and yet they refuse to fix it. Ruined a perfectly good app and made it unusable. I am forced to switch to Brave.

My favourite features are its listen to page and reader mode. Now that the new os update allows third party extensions, users should be able to extract more functionality from the app.
I am forced to use other browsers, 1. Brokers sites like Zerodha and charts give lot of issues on both desktop and mobile safari 2. No Adblock option, so I am using Brave browser because of that.
