What happened to the balance widget when i updated my phone it went away??

Does not let me login

Not sure if it had anything to do with the update but on my Previous phone(iPhone 12) I had a widget for safe 1 to check my balance and now that I have the 15 and updated, I no longer have access to it.

I’ve been using this app for a while and it is easy to use and overall a great experience yet since the new bug fix update I can’t login the login page actually freezes and it doesn’t allow me to do anything please fix this lol

The app was unavailable til 7 am this morning for an update, but now the update is finished i can only get the app to work a quarter of the time. It’s always been a reliable app until today and I do have faith they will fix the issue as soon as they can after the issue is brought to their attention

I have been fortunate to have been with Safe 1 for many years. Customer service and security and rates have been exceptional! Thank you.
