SAFE Credit Union

I thought I would never go mobile for banking. But here I am, an enthusiastic user. SAFE’s app is so easy. I can keep tabs anywhere, anytime on activity, transfer funds to pay credit card, and deposit checks. I went from skeptic to fan.

I really love my safe credit union

I’ve signed into my account only to find none of my account information available. Nothing explaining what is going on with the app. And no way to sign in to see my accounts, just an endless loop of offering me the app that I already have.

They have no options for closing accounts online. They refuse to close them when contacted through the app. They charge you fees even if you don’t use the account that they refuse to close.

I have banked with Safe for 35 years. They have been great to work with. Their staff both in Elk Grove and Auburn are always kind and very professional. Thank you all for your service. Sincerely Mary Eddenfield

Very inconsistent sometimes says dark background and it is and I had just captured a check right before. Doesn’t read correctly even with clear writing. Says move closer and can’t move closer or check would be out of view.

This app will work for a short period of time, and then stop it gets to the point where it won’t even open up, particularly when using an Apple iPad
