Professional Therapists
• We work with licensed and trained therapists starting with those registered under the Singapore Association of Counselling
• For expatriate therapists, we work with them on a case-by-case basis depending on their experience

How many sessions do I need?

There is no limit and this is customizable to you. The frequency of your sessions is dependent on your availability and decided between you and your therapist.

You can use the service as much or as little as you like, depending on what you need to feel better.
