Doesn’t open

The app will not open. I’ve registered with a local phone number and verified. Tried in two separate locations several times to open but I only get the “try again” message at the bottom of the screen. I need some help to make it work

Can’t setup

I downloaded the app cause I changed my phone. But ever since I haven’t been able to setup, it doesn’t send any code to my number for the setup

Food order delay

Please put an average time it takes to order from certain restaurants so that we can plan better. Otherwise when orders delay,(like I've had to wait more than 1hr 30) it reflects on your brand as “safeboda” . You’re competitor has one up on you for this.

Latest Update is a mess. I don’t advise updating.

It’s not worth using anymore. Rather go back to Uber.

When it works, it’s great

For the first week of use this app was great, i put on credit and since then I have had trouble getting any Boda’s to come. More often than not they will wait for me to call before telling me they are not coming because it is too far. Please stop offering discounts if the network can not sustain them. I am now stuck with a lot of credit I can not spend. If the driver cancels I am charged, if I cancel I can not rate my experience. It would be useful to see more choices for why I am cancelling so as to give the company more regular feedback. Similarly I would recommend a “quick feedback” option to be added to the app so I can work with the company to stop they driver network contacting me unsolicited after the transaction is finished. The trip history is a great concept, I intend to use this to claim business journeys. Unfortunately only my first trip of >10 saved so this is not yet possible. GPS for the drivers would make the service much better and would increase use. If you live on a street with no obvious landmarks, do not bother with this app. A few updates will make this service very valuable.

Verification problem

I deleted the app before due to your close down , then I noticed safeboda is back and have been trying to sign in back , I didn’t get and verification code , have been trying for hours now , what wrong

Lack of riders

No enough riders, it’s best you order when you’re not in a hurry.

Bad customer service and riders

I think I’ll rather delete this app because out of all the reviews I’ve read, you guys only reply to positive reviews. Why won’t your app and riders be fraudulent? This is bad

Trash!

SafeBoda is very unreliable and fraudulent. When you need a ride you never get any after so much nonsense talk from them. It’s most annoying when after a short ride, you find out you have to it over the estimated cost on the app. Stop calling to apologize about your shortcomings, fix them!

Topnotch Software as a Service

Safeboda nah better SaaS! Been helping my life😅since I got back to Oyo state and they keep getting better. Kudos to you guys!
