When can we stop using this app?

It’ll be better when ART results can be shown too.

Noticed that it takes 2 taps (whether using token or app) for each visitor now, the 1st to check in, and the 2nd to check vaccination status, and each take a few seconds. This causes confusion especially when the visitor or staff would expect the vaccination status to show on the 1st tap. And the staff needs to click a button after the 1st tap so that it will check the vaccination status on the 2nd tap. This is causing unnecessary long queues outside malls and food courts. As it is, the SafeEntry Business app takes a while to respond after each tap even with stable Internet connection.

Hi can I know why is the vaccination information is not shown when it’s tap.

Why is there is a need to display the masked-NRIC to indicate successful checked-in? It has no relevancy for the shop staff who perform the verification and it poses privacy concern even-though the ID is masked. Displaying successful checked-in and vaccination status is suffice.

Suggestion: Instead of the additional step of confirming check in, allow the app in gateway mode to auto check in for those who are vaccinated and those who are not to go to additional confirmation step.

As a Multi racial country, please consider having the app the option to switch language as not all are capable of understanding simple English

Can you improve the app so front camera on iPad can be used?

App keeps asking for camera permission with each scan!
