Way too short a refresh period!
Allowing just 10 seconds to input a 6 digit prefix followed by 8 digits from this app is ridiculous. The app doesn’t even show how many more seconds the code is valid for, and you have to refresh it yourself - why? I waste many minutes every morning just trying to get the timing right. Just copy the Google Authenticator and allow 30 seconds with a visible display (change to red) when time is running out. Hopeless app that I would not use if I had the choice, but the company I work for requires it.

Enrolling the token was really easy, just by getting a link to your phone from IT.
Unlocking via Face ID makes using it a doddle.

Fails to authenticate
scans QR code but fails to activate the key. No other instructions or options if this happens just a cancel button. I’m starting to think this app is a scam
