Nicely design however over priced with a charge for lost password, a lost password of all things. Hackers charge you to regain access to your own items, we shouldn’t expect this from an app this must be the first time I have seen this in a pricing structure
Basics are done well & there is the potential of a great app but given it has a subscription element, I expect more & it simply doesn’t receive real significant updates. You’ll see developer never writes what is being updated & I can’t usually see anything different. The developer also does not like engaging with the user base & rarely responds to emails and certainly never to any feedback or suggestions. -Background colours when viewing images are an unusual dark grey gradient as opposed to std black - No ability to have nested or child folders eg Holidays —> X country etc - Backup / Export feature to computer via wifi is fiddly & you can’t download entire folders or select all images in a folder. -Developers’ other apps are advertised in the settings which make the app look very cheap.
This app held so much promise: it looked good, had neat facilities, and seemed better than the competition in a broad market; I paid to go Pro… Then, over a period of around six months, the app grew steadily less user friendly, until – most recently – the app won’t even open, just stalling, with a shield in the middle of the page… I have reported issues, to the developers, of app freezes when trying to import images from Photos, and the app having to be forced closed and reopened – but that may now only act as a warning to other users, of imminent failure. The developers had offered to work with me on these issues, but then went silent. I am seriously angered that I have wasted money buying the Pro version…🤬
This app is great but an expensive yearly subscription just to be able to save pics to the cloud!
Nearly a perfect app for its purpose but it’s missing a slideshow feature that’s why I’m giving it 4 stars.
I have updated the application but now it is not opening with the password Can you advise me how to open or change my password Thank
Ever since the app had been updated, there are numerous issues and is not stable. Right not few of the photographs once clicked fail to up open and the app crashes. More over, we can NOT import cropped pictures. It ( import ) is only working on picture which are not cropped. They do not show up in the folder.
Please help me access my photos and videos i forgot my passcode to log in app how do i reset ?
Thanks a lot for deleting everything I had before this update. Deleted as to no point in using this app if every time there’s a update you lose everything
