消音にならない
消音モードをオンにして音量もミュートにしているにも関わらず、アプリを起動してカメラを選ぶと音が出ます。一度音量をオンにしてから再び下げると消音になりますが…。どういう仕様なのでしょうか？

Very reliable, never disappoints

隣で音楽が、流れていたりとにかく終始、会話が聞こえない。動きを見てる形。 会話が聞こえるように改善希望。 マイクを近くに設置したりできないでしょうか。 むしろ映像なくても、会話が把握できる方がいいです。 よろしくお願いします。
音がMAX
画面を切り替えると、必ず音がMAXになる。 大きな音すぎて耳が痛すぎる。 これで耳が悪くなったらどうしてくれますか？
音レベルがおかしい
アプリがアクティブになるたびに音レベルがMAXになる。毎回下げるのは苦ではないが耳が壊れそうなのでなおしていただきたいです。
高機能で使いやすい
音声もクリアに聞く事ができ、画角や調整できるので店舗の様子を確認できてとても便利です。
iPhoneをミュートにしても音が出ます
3年前にサポートに言いましたが、まだ修正されません。 そろそろ直してくれませんか
