Mistake to phase out membership cards
Please bring back the physical membership cards if you are unable to rectify these issues. 1. Many dependants are young children without mobile phones. Does it mean they are not allowed to use swimming pools when they are not with parents? Our children might visit the pool under the care of relatives and friends. In such cases they are unable to access the pools because their membership QR codes can only be displayed from parents’ phones. 2. It took less than 5 seconds for each member to insert card, remove card and access the swimming pools. Now with the QR code readers, it can take 20 seconds or more due to problems such as unresponsive QR code reader, alignment of phone screen, stains and various conditions of screen.
