Please bring back the physical membership cards if you are unable to rectify these issues. 1. Many dependants are young children without mobile phones. Does it mean they are not allowed to use swimming pools when they are not with parents? Our children might visit the pool under the care of relatives and friends. In such cases they are unable to access the pools because their membership QR codes can only be displayed from parents’ phones. 2. It took less than 5 seconds for each member to insert card, remove card and access the swimming pools. Now with the QR code readers, it can take 20 seconds or more due to problems such as unresponsive QR code reader, alignment of phone screen, stains and various conditions of screen.

This apps constantly log out by itself and I always have problem in with existing password.. damn frustrating..

Have some consideration for your users. You force me to update when I am out. We should be able to use the app without being forced to update, when wifi is not available! What if one day I can no longer update this app? Does that mean I will be barred from using facilities?

Finally Safra Choa Chu Kang is added to the facility capacity tracker. The user interface could use an update, especially in the section for purchasing vouchers.

The app went straight to login, there isn’t a place to register an account.

This is a poorly designed app. Unable to register new user. It keep asking for id and psd when I am not register. Where is the link to SingPass registration? Website is also hopeless.

This app is always lagging and where’s the CCK facility which is open for quite sometime.

The app is very sluggish and slow. It take more than a few minutes to launch the e-card for me to gain access and exit from the club swimming pool. Just did an update but still slow. It is very unfriendly to user, please improve. Or bring back the physical card.

I purchased a treat and deal from Safra app and the payment has been completed, I was kick out and telling me the service unavailable out of sudden. Re-login still the same issue, contact Safra hotline no response, email no response. DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO but I uninstall the app.
