Ye app NPCL ki hai. Aur uchi dukan fike pakvaan kahawat hi npcl ke liye bani hai. Ye company itni manhoos hai, na inke customer service ko baat krne ki tameez na inke field walo ko. Aisa lag rha hai donation pe company chal rhi hai. Has dusre din inka server down rehta hai aur app toh chal ke hi nahi deti

It works of Bluetooth…. Very bad application… frustrating experience

Very bad app. Not at all user friendly. Very difficult to navigate. On downloading it has someone else’s email id on my profile. There is no process to correct that. There is no process to get in touch with anyone. Their grievances cell does not do anything. Absolutely frustrating and utter waste of time.

Whenever the recharge balance gets reduced, a reminder SMS should come which I am not getting. Necessary action should be taken for that so that I can recharge on time. Rest everything is satisfying.

worst app not working every time some error massage showing please make batter version or other applications

It never allow to access the app at one go. You have to try it multiple times. Each time there is an error. Please work on this.

I have found the worst application of this digital era. Whenever tried to open said “Server Error. Try After some time”. How pathetic. The developer has no right call himself a software developer.

Showing message This version of App has expired, Kindly Update the app But when try to update app from App Store, show NO new update available Very pathetic and frustrating Need immediate attention

Every time when I have to use this app to recharge my electricity meter it shows server not responding plz try after some time and even after trying 100 times it’s shows the same.
