SO you forced me to update the app on the iPad. And now it will not open. Crashes during opening. Tested ??? Starting the app is like a bad start in a race. ……… go home last !!

Switch teams mid-race, to compare how the other boats are getting on. You can also compare two teams together at the same time - monitoring the data, speed and performance of both boats, side by side, all on one screen.

PACKED WITH REAL TIME DATA
Each boat is fitted with 1,200 data points, tracking every second of the race and syncing with your SailGP app in real time. As the teams battle it out to reach the finish line first, you’ll be able to customise the app, to view the data and stats that interest you the most. From Wind Speed and Velocity Made Good, to Time To Mark and Leg Number, just tap any stat in the app to learn more.
CHANGE VIEWS AND CAMERA ANGLES
Choose how you view the race by tailoring the stats that you see on your screen. Default mode includes a larger video with less stats or you can opt for Advanced mode which makes the video smaller and shows you lots more data.
NO SPOILER MODE
As SailGP operates across multiple time zones, you have the option to turn off spoilers and hide all results until you have watched the race.

Sail GP not working on IPad
For some reason I can no longer get the Sail GP App to work on my IPad I have latest versions of IOS and downloaded SailGP app I get to sign in an then the app closes and IPad goes back to home screens, tried deleting app and downloading the app again , ensured IPad has latest software version , turned Ipad off and restarted everything but still no success, Yet all works fine on my a I Phone with same IOS version
Bizarre
All I want to do is find the schedule, look at results and standings… but instead it’s trying to force feed video content. 🤣 delete.
Continual failed logins
Have reset the password multiple times yet it keeps giving me failed login attempts on both the website & app.
App update fail
Latest app update causes app to fail to load and crash back to Home Screen on iPad.
I just want to know who won the last race!!!
Is it me or it this App?! Dumb! Dumb! Dumb! I just want to know who won the last race… not interested in earning points and getting to the next level blah blah. It’s ok though, I’m deleting this app and will use generic news services for the results. Would have thought this would have been a basic function??!!

New app very clunky
Love the sport, which means the app is super awesome. However, it’s really slow to load anything and often states that I have no internet. Few bugs to sort? If we could speed it up that would be great. Not used to the 16k load times anymore. Haha
Email did not go through waiting waiting waiting to confirm it, couldn’t go through the sailgp. Why need to login? what for?
Disappointing
I’ve tried to give this update the benefit of the doubt. But overall it is disappointing. The access to news and videos has greatly reduced. I need to head to instagram to get an understanding of what is happening. The update seems to be a backwards step in making SailGP more accessible to everyone.
