Can’t Log In

Seem to forever have problems using this app. Cannot log in often. Can log into website with no issues.

FRAUDSTERS

A friend worked at Sainsbury’s. His job was to get peoples orders ready. He would intentionally replace items that were in stock with alternatives that were more expensive, and customers were lied too telling them their item wasn’t in stock. He told me his manager told him to do this so that customers paid more as doing this made Sainsbury’s more money. I’m more than willing to go on record with police and also testify in court as to this.

Buggy

Really buggy- if you lose network connection during signing in the app crashes and the only way of signing back in is to remove the app and reinstall on iPhone 13

STILL removing my favourites

Much better now that you can choose own favourites but it is still removing my favourites and so I forgot to buy my bread. Also it has eggs and egg mayo under “Mothers day special offers” Apart from it being December who in their right mind buys egg related items for Mother’s Day? 😂

Can’t review shopping items

Frustratingly you can’t review items in the app

Poor.

Good app when using at home to find out prices and information but, here’s irony, will never work in my local Sainsbury’s!!!! Will not connect and just shows a permanent Retry box.

No Share Buttons!
