Many in-APP errors
The app is slow and does not work well when shopping outside the USA. The prices show an APP discount option but the price is not recalculated when shopping in a different currency. This issue must be rectified as it is very misleading. My example: I was shopping in GBP shipping to the UK. The items have displayed a 15% discount option but at checkout, the promotional code would not apply. After contacting customer service I found out that the offer applies to the USA only. In such a case why would you even show me this option when my account clearly stated GBP and shipping UK?
App frozen and just buffering for hours…
Deleted and reinstalled, but by then my item had sold out.

The shopping apps should be easy and seamless, after all all you want is that dress or those shoes, not to be faced with site issues. I wanted a specific item of clothing and tried many sites, believe it or not this is the first one that simply worked! Thanks, will come back.
