They have a system which bans your account if you get fake feedback after a unmatch from a user, apparently they don’t need evidence lol, they ignore your emails and don’t communicate with you, rip off prices and constantly try and get you to pay for stuff. They are also happy to allow fake women on there. I’d give a zero if I could

Can’t get passed signup. Layout of app on iPhone 13 Pro Max doesn’t allow me to see all icons on screen so I am stuck.
Horrible customer service. Used it one day and the next day it asked to verify my number but never gives a code to do so no access to the app furthermore the customer service reply time is a DAY! Pathetic
Doesn’t give user enough likes or filters and pushing their premium tiers
I just cancelled my subscription so it doesn’t auto renew! The employees setup fake accounts to engage with you, and then when it gets to the nitty gritty they disappear! No more messages! It’s happened so many times I can now tell which accounts are fake! Use this platform at your own peril. You have been warned.
There’s a feature on the app that allows you to blur your face and I think it’s a great feature as I want someone to like me for my personality not my looks however I’ve had the app for less than an hour and every single match I have had has asked me to unblur my picture and when I’ve said no they’ve actually attacked me some calling me ugly some using treating behaviour forcing me to unblur my pictures. The men are so childish and rude it’s actually disturbing. There needs to be something to remove weirdo and creeps like this.
Way to expensive, not worth a penny. Everything single bets on here cost more money.
Used salaams for 5 months until I matched with someone who I’m sticking with Alhumdullilah for thé long term, thé app is great except the fact the messaging system is terrible that’s why I gave it 4 stars…
