خدمة بطيئة وسيئة
طلبت ودفعت. و ماوصل الطلب الا بعد ساعتين وربع. وحاولت ألغي الطلب ومافيه طريقة للإلغاء. ولما وصل المندوب رفضت الاستلام منه بحجة التأخير و الأكل بارد ( المندوب غير حالة الطلب الى تم التوصيل وقفل الطلب ). سيتم رفع شكوى للجهات المختصة.

برنامج سيء
ياخي بالغلط حطيت استلام الطلب في المطعم ولا اقدر احوله لتوصيل او الغي الطلب وارحع فلوسي !! اتمنى يتم اصلاح هذي المشكلة!!

اول مرة اشوف تطبيق يخليك تدفع وثم يرسل الطلب للفرع واذا رفض او نسي يقبل ضاعت فلوسك ياصابر

غير جيد ، كل ما فتحته تيجي شاشة بيضاء و دائرة التحميل ، و يعلق فقط
سيء للغاية
التطبيق يسحب المبلغ ثم يلغي الطلب ثم ندخل في دوامة ملاحقتهم لاسترداد المبلغ .
