No-longer works with L5 model. Tried resetting wi-fi, reinstalling, creating new account, even the hidden reset button on the robot. After several months, there’s still no progress and from my “smart robot” is useless brick that cleans half of the flat and is just “complete”.
Is there any chance to save and keep zones in future updates? If one is trying to clean each room/floor separately there are always new maps loaded and the zone (for double cleaning in the kitchen) got lost. It is really annoying. It’s good vacuum cleaner for small households not for house with several floors.
App looks pretty good at start. What makes me rate this low is that I CAN NOT connect second phone to robot. We bought Salente l7 and app works only on my wife’s phone or mine but not both. I consider it very bothering, because I want access to planing or actual cleaning when I need and not to ask my wife to do it.
