Worst app
This app is terrible. I need it for work and it doesn’t do anything to improve my productivity. It glitches all the time. I get locked out often for no reason and can’t get back in unless I delete it and re installed.

Been using this app as a selling tool for clients but have had more issues than successes. Issues with technology causing loss of many guided sales and regular clients. Hugely disappointed and would hate to know the true amount of sales I never earned from clientelling. Even did an order on my clients phone for her through my page and nothing. Free sales for the company though. 👎🏻
Awful app. The worst is the text messaging. Example. If I’m texting one person and another text comes in my sent text goes to the newest text instead of the name shown on the screen. I have many more examples of this being horrible. Work makes me use it. Just awful.
Got a new iPhone and the app is a blank screen when opened. Only works on my older model iPad. emailed support several times & have never gotten a response back. In the Create a Look feature, you should be able to attach that created look to any email without having to attach it to a customer page. This is helpful when you have promotional events or new deliveries & want to show many clients a group of products. I like the concept of this app but it needs work.
Having worked with similar apps, salesfloor is not worth the time and effort. Poor search functions, limited product availability, and a litany of reasons for why they won’t attribute sales to your account after clients place orders. Overall it’s distracting and a waist of time.
I like the app but it has lots of issues of of them is it rings for chat but the square to answer never pop up and it’s still ringing. I wish it had a place so you can create template answers , I have to re typed the same answer each time. Other issue I don’t know if it’s the app or my store but not everything that is available online I can put in my storefront.
Please create a tech support office that can address issues. Open tickets and at least follow up within 24 hours. I am still waiting on anyone to get back to me. I sent an email 5 days ago.
Won’t load on my phone which is an iphone xs max. One that is compatible for this app and it always says unable to load. Please fix!
Although this app is amazing and I definitely see the vision for it, there are some small issues that annoy me a ton! Pictures of products won’t load and attach to email. Scanning doesn’t work and attach to updates. Small things, very annoying.
They really should have gotten all the glitches out of this app and made it super easy to use before they launched it!!! It’s maddeningly complicated-unless you know all your customer’s first and last names and/or their emails by heart, it’s near to impossible to figure out how to find them(many many times they don’t pop up on their own when you start to type a name into the email page). It’s fine for posting your favorites and outfit ideas, but horrible for connecting with customers. Plus, it takes a ton of time; time the typical retail associate just doesn’t have! Terrible tool.
