SO SLOW
Update:
SalesRabbit is suddenly SO SLOW. I turn off data grid and change all types of settings and it still takes forever. Really inconvenient in a fast paced industry like door to door sales.
Previous review:
Big fan of a lot of the features on sales rabbit but the biggest improvement I would recommend (that would be a simple fix) is to sync the app more frequently. The leaderboards should be syncing at LEAST every 5 minutes if not more frequently. For those users that need to hit quotas and/or enjoy the competition, the leaderboard doesn’t sync nearly often enough.

Horrible Business Practices
I signed up for Sales Rabbit and highly highly regret it. It all started with a demo from a sales person and I loved everything Sales Rabbit has to offer. I think they’re a great product but an absolutely awful company. After watching the demo I decided I wanted to use their services and asked about how to sign up. The sales rep told me that it would require signing a contract for a year and I really didn’t want to do that so then he told me I could sign a quarterly contract where I pay for 3 months instead of a year which I gladly accepted. Come to find out after 3 months when I tried to cancel that “i was in a year long contract”. I sent many many emails to Sales Rabbit requesting to cancel and to terminate my agreement and even called them and talked to customer service many times. As soon as I try to cancel they get nasty with me on the phone and then send me the small print in the agreement I signed telling me I was In a 12 month agreement. They continued to charge me $600 every 3 months even though I requested to cancel over and over again. Finally I had to file dispute charges with my bank and cancel my credit card so these crooks couldn’t steal any more money from me. My advice to anyone looking at Sales Rabbit is refuse to sign any kind of an agreement or contract with them. Say you’re okay with a month to month plan but will not sign a contract. Signing a deal with Sales Rabbit is like signing a deal with the Devil. My seem attractive but once they have you they’ll do anything to make you pay your depts. I’ve been screaming from the rooftops all over the internet “Don’t sign a deal with the Rabbit”
Leads gone
Love using this app for door to door. Prob the best D2D app. Unfortunately too many bugs, the app deleted over 20000 leads out of no where. Can’t find people I had fallow ups with. Get it together it’s really pissing me off.
Good Companies Stand Behind All Touchpoints
Your company attempted to railroad me into accepting an inadequate response. I will not ever use your software again and have made it known to my company to not use your software.
YOUR software showed there was storm data for 08/17/2023 for Bowie MD; I utilized this data point to consult my customer. I was then told that your weather overlay is from 3rd party data and not in fact the same 3rd party data that is responsible for the actual weather reports.
No where is it stated that the weather overlay data point is not a usable data point and that it’s not double checked and thus isn’t backed by SalesRabbit nor can it be trusted.
I spoke with a representative regarding these concerns and posted both the overlay data point as well as data from Interactive Hail Maps, believing there to be an error in the original report. Yet ultimately after having their “engineer” team research the problem, SalesRabbit responded in an arrogant manne, attempting to gaslight me into believing that this wasn’t a big deal.
How about they double check all their data points and not just the ones in their reports. As otherwise it should be forced to be listed with a warning of “approximate data” and listed by them via warning as to the unreliable nature of their date.
I am leaving this negative review within the App Store as well so that other people who utilize this software will know that they do not stand behind their product. These excuses personally lost my company $130k in revenue due to an inaccurate data point, which in turn lost me $15-16k personally in expected commissions.
Good companies and software stand behind every part of your user experience. This company does not. Thus in turn it’s not a good company reliable app to use. It’s that simple. If you’re searching for weather data, I would go elsewhere.
