Great App, easy to use, I love the reports, keeps me organised. The update to be able to send reminders is really useful. I recommend this App.

Do not use

It’s a real shame this app has good features and is user friendly but it fails to sync to other devices, does not restore on a new handset when changed even if it’s backed up so you lose all your client history/data and I recently did an Apple software update on my phone and also lost pre booked client appts for the whole year. I would not recommend at all

Confused

I have used this app for 4 years. I love the easy system.... I decided that to update the app may be useful as, “who knows” I may be missing out on new additions. NO... instead the update knocked about my appointments, taking away names, deleting some and replicating others! Argh! And also the contact function is now missing! Any support out there guys!? ANYONE?…

Great app for £9.99

I am working on my own as a hairdresser from from and the app works fantastic for me. Does everything you want it to do. A lot of people have wrote reviews moaning but what do you expect for a £9.99 and no monthly fee. I have been using it for years and it’s great. Previous and upcoming appointments colour notes...... pricing. Even works out how much you earn monthly to yearly etc...

Good while it lasted

Easy to use, really useful and good features. But then it just stopped working, when I switched phones. It saved no records, so my reports for the year were lost, and it closed every time I try to upload my contacts. I can no longer use it and for £9.99 it’s a waste of money.

Wish I could give it no stars waste of ten pound doesn't work

Disappointed

I gotta say I was really disappointed with this app I paid £10 for. The thing that really drew me to this particular app was the fact I could import my contacts, once downloaded every time I press import it crashes and comes out of the app. Not happy!!!

The app

The app sounded great. It does not update to iPhone from iPad. There is no place to put photos of hair colours or styles. It seems s little in thought and amateur.... s little sad. I did send s message asking a question but did not get a reply. So s little crap. Let's hope someone does better

Do not buy

This is awful has no options to edit hours you work the design is terrible and it's not even nice to use and no customer support ! Do not buy, I want a refund!!!!!

Don't purchase this app the support is none existent

This app has been great until iOS 8.3 all my data disappeared just like the support . I can't believe no one from this company has responded to my emails . Very disappointing . Get your act together and provide a professional service
