App not working after buying
Can someone help fix the app or can I get my refund. It doesn’t want to open now and doesn’t connect to the smart tv anymore. I tried resetting the phone and tv but nothing.

The app wont even allow you to manage the basics of a remote without asking for money.

Horrible app, they tricked me into paying for this subscription, seemed like it was free until you purchased it but money was deducted immediately
What a crap app
If I could rate this lower I would. Man how SUPER frustrating it is to use. Ever second key press is a popup to subscribe. It’s a remote, why would I need to subscribe. Sure I understand if you utilise the features and the connected apps it would be worth making a purchase but damn is this frustrating not even getting to use the basics like navigating, not even getting to use the volume.
Techno disabled
Not that easy to set up if the dog ate yr original remote and u are techno compeomised age 60+
