This app is wonderful and I am saying it openly that I have never used govt maintained app so well and it is so simple to use

After latest update App is hanging and continues to stream endlessly without any resolution , poor update

Tried to lodge a complaint but the basic selection of options aren't capturing and holding the option. I don’t understand why public authorities even design or develop an app or get into technology they’re incapable to even maintaining hence a gross waste of money. If it’s not your core and creating a garbage experience why not outsource to someone who knows the subject

It’s not working it’s showing fail attempt every time now.

I was so hopeful when I found the app, but turns out it’s completely useless. It keeps crashing and doesn’t lodge your complaint. Total waste of time of time and energy. I don’t think anyone’s doing anything to fix it or fix it’s bugs. Sad. Why can’t government portals get a good investment of the tax payer’s money? Isn’t it a very basic need?

I was flabbergasted the cities of Jammu Kashmir have not been listed on the app despite abrogation of article 370.

I am trying to post new complaint but not able to do so for last 1 day. Please fix it, this application is really important for all of us to lodge complaints.

Also add more monitoring stations in and around Kolkata and all round other towns and cities of West Bengal. It also seems that polluting vehicles complaints are just registered on your app and no action is taken on the app to resolve them. I had reported 4 diesel yellow cab no’s on the app that are 8-13 years old and pollution check is not done by them. 1) WB04C5018 owned by Shital Adhikary (BS2 engine) Registration date 2nd April 2005 from Behala RTO 2)WB04E0008 owned by Suman Thakur (07/12/2009 registration date from Kolkata PVD OFFICE) 3)WB04E6073 owned by Sujit Deb (10/05/2010 registration date from Kolkata PVD OFFICE with BS3 engine) 4)WB04E8860 owned by Kanti Gopal Halder (27/09/2010 registration date from Kolkata PVD OFFICE with BS3 engine) It seems government officers in West Bengal are just to take complaints on your app and still take no action. So why create this app if you don’t want to take complaints and not act on it if complaints taken.

Although it is a great initiative by the government but the platform is not at all good, Trying to post since last two days but not working
