总体家庭需要的80%以上食用品均采购自中国山姆。最近物流快递更换成美团后，物流服务品质越来越差。曾经买个一件羊肉串，第一口吃下去，就把全件扔了。意思是总体品控还不错，但是绝不能100%迷信那里的所有产品。该反馈用户就得多渠道反馈。 更新2024.10.17: 山姆是没有选择中的最好选择。它直接把要买的鸡蛋在付款过程中悄悄地删除了。厚着脸皮要体验评价，流氓一样只让选择非常不满意和非常满意，食品很多不列出完整的成分，其它项评分低，直接锁死评价。随着它年复一年地长大，越来越坏。

为什么必须要上传会籍照片才能用电子会员卡，现在信息泄露这么严重，人脸信息和很多支付密码绑定了，希望贵公司取消这一霸王条款。 app的用户反馈功能不能点击，说要绑手机号，也没有找到绑手机号的入口，垃圾。
