Accedere è semplice: se sei già registrato all'Area Clienti del sito, utilizza le stesse credenziali, altrimenti puoi effettuare la prima registrazione direttamente dall’App.

Tutti i clienti registrati possono accedere a una serie di funzionalità legate alla verifica dei consumi e allo stato della rete, o segnalare interruzioni e guasti. Scopri i servizi:
- Le Mie Misure
- Verifica interruzioni
- Segnala interruzioni
Grazie alla funzionalità “La mia rubrica” puoi salvare fino a cinque utenze diverse dalla tua: in questo modo potrai rapidamente verificare e segnalare interruzioni anche per un tuo familiare o un tuo conoscente.
Ma anche utilizzare funzionalità per richiedere preventivi e gestire le pratiche in corso, tra cui:
- Nuovo allacciamento
- Spostamento Impianto
- Le tue pratiche
- Avvenuto pagamento del preventivo e dell’anticipo;
- Fine Opere Clienti
Anche i pagamenti sono a portata di mano: paga (senza costi aggiuntivi) le fatture del servizio di misura del tuo impianto di produzione e i preventivi attraverso il servizio e-Payment.

Couldn't be happier with this app. I can turn down my tv from anywhere in the house. Don't need to look for the original remote. Needed help when I couldn't find the navigation option and mailed them. They mailed me back, it went into my spam folder in gmail, but they mailed me back and got sorted. Best experience I've had since the App Store started and app gets used everyday. Best one I came across and I tried loads. Thanks again for the help martin

It works great. No problem with the app even without using a full version. Saved the day number of times when we've lost the original remote.
Excellent app!
The enter button packed up on my physical remote and the official samsung app is way too restrictive. This is perfect.
Not working with Sky TV
Upgraded to the paid version however does not work with SKY TV, after inputting 3 digit station number only 1 or 2 digits are sent to the tv and therefore channel does not change, very dissapointing and annoying!
More than useless.
Won't connect to my UE40ES8000 Why does this app work for some and not for others. Me included. Me again. Worked last week. Not now. Still USELESS.

Got it to work at the 2nd attempt . It does all the stuff your normal remote does even the smart menu. Class!
