Accedere è semplice: se sei già registrato all'Area Clienti del sito, utilizza le stesse credenziali, altrimenti puoi effettuare la prima registrazione direttamente dall’App.

Tutti i clienti registrati possono accedere a una serie di funzionalità legate alla verifica dei consumi e allo stato della rete, o segnalare interruzioni e guasti. Scopri i servizi:
- Le Mie Misure
- Verifica interruzioni
- Segnala interruzioni
Grazie alla funzionalità “La mia rubrica” puoi salvare fino a cinque utenze diverse dalla tua: in questo modo potrai rapidamente verificare e segnalare interruzioni anche per un tuo familiare o un tuo conoscente.
Ma anche utilizzare funzionalità per richiedere preventivi e gestire le pratiche in corso, tra cui:
- Nuovo allacciamento
- Spostamento Impianto
- Le tue pratiche
- Avvenuto pagamento del preventivo e dell’anticipo;
- Fine Opere Clienti
Anche i pagamenti sono a portata di mano: paga (senza costi aggiuntivi) le fatture del servizio di misura del tuo impianto di produzione e i preventivi attraverso il servizio e-Payment.

Button Disappear, Need Improvement
Good Application: BUT (On iOS6 iPhone 4s - Samsung Slim LED TV Series 5, UA40ES5600R) 1. Volume & Channel selection button disappear after push it. But still function when push it at that area. 2. Need Smart Cube button. 3. On internet, mouse pointer move so slow and tiny move. Need to push tens of times for only to move cursor about 1 inch. Cursor should be still moving while arrow button not release yet. I will not buying the full version as long as it did not improve. Hope the team will fix it. TQ.

Spitze ersetzt eine defekte Fernbedienung tadelos
Funktioniert nach anfänglichen Verbindungsschwierigkeiten. Verbindet auf jeden Fall mit IP-Nummer.

Lief am Anfang ohne Probleme
Leider funktioniert es seit kurzer Zeit nicht mehr richtig. Ich war so begeistert von der App. Ich weis nicht was sich verändert hat. Ich muss jetzt jedesmal mit der Fernbedienung am TV zustimmen. Dies war vorher nicht der Fall. Somit für mich unbrauchbar. Schade dass ich mein Geld dafür ausgegeben habe. Im Hilfecenter bin ich auch nicht fündig geworden. Tv ist richtig eingestellt. Sollte dieses Problem gelöst werden, werde ich meine Bewertung ändern.
