After downloading this app I can see it only supports couple of galaxy watch series but not watch 4 series and later. Please give us support for galaxy watch 4 and later series so that we can easily connect our galaxy watch 4 with the iPhone and can use it. Hope, I’ll receive some good news from your end. Thanks!!!
I’m able to connect my watch to my phone Xs using bluetooth but the watch is not showing up in the app.
I am buying Samsung Galaxy. Watch four classic. This watch is not supported in Apple 13. Sorry, I am disappointed. This watch is awesome, but I am not using full pledged.
I am not able to my galaxy 2 watch due to unavailable app
Dear Samsung Team, It’s appreciated to get an samsung watch application in the IOS although its the competitor in the market but still it would be more helpful to add new watch models in the app were the users will be able to access the app with models above Watch3 series.
I have purchased a samsung watch 4 classic because i loved it’s circle display and i saw this app on app store from which i can connect my samsung watch to my iphone but when I purchased the watch and installed this application i found out that i cant see my watch in the list anywhere. Samsung if you can get many other watches in the application then why not bring other watches too what a waste of money.
Since 2 years it couldn’t be updated after wear os Samsung stopped tiozen os but more customers like me use tiozen os plz give proper update at least yearly once I miss my snoring detection in I phone and many more……
Dosent sync with iPhone
The app doesn’t keep in connection with phone.
I use an iPhone 13. My Gear S2 watch randomly disconnected once and now it doesn’t connect to the phone anymore. The Galaxy Watch app and the Samsung health app are both useless. Why did Samsung even create an app for iOS if the watches aren’t even supposed to connect to the iPhones? Why sell this product to iPhone users in the first place?
