I have to connect this to the tv when I lose the remote but not compatible for 2014+ models 2020+ models.

It tells me that the TV is already registered and it’s just not turned on It is turned on And in the right hand top corner, it says allow and I hit allow and I hit all the buttons on the dead gum, remote, and nothing will work and turn it on and there’s no other steps I can do
