It looks like this app has not been updated for the past 5 years. Why sell Smart TV with intention to support or sustain it. No wonder China products are leading the world. Samsung should relook into how they wish to position themselves in the market.
first the app prompt to ask country and language, then the app is stucked on the loading screen

I downloaded thinking it couldn’t be as bad as reviews, I was wrong. I can’t get past the loading screen not even to choose county, so it seems they are making it worse not better.
The app literally does nothing at all!
Gets as far as the splash screen and hangs.
How can you make an app that just simply doesn’t work. Get to grip people and the funny thing is you’ve updated it. How can you update an app that that doesn’t work.
Samsung appears to have abandoned the app. This isn’t a good advert for the company.
I’m really sorry to say that this App is just crap and it should either be terminated from all App Store so no one waste’s time in downloading it and then going through all the trauma of trying to set it. What a waste of time and energy, Samsung needs to fix this before somebody sues them for sure.
Then wait and wait. The app doesn’t even load up. Tried twice and gave up. No wonder it has 1star
