San Antonio Spurs

Cannot navigate for anything other than basketball. Perhaps that aspect of the app is great but as was recommended I am attempting to use for concert tickets and “spurs pay.” It’s impossible to find the pay function. Do not recommend. I’ll be deleting this and just using the mobile tickets through Ticketmaster.

Couldn’t even swipe to go back or find the “back” button. The ticket self service was not working, tapping the game did not take me to Ticketmaster. Very nice looking app, but functionality wise I could not fully navigate the app as it probably was intended to. From someone that works in app development, I give it a 2 for now until they can fix the issues. I only pointed out 2 but got too frustrated with the navigation issues that I had to close the app and write this review.

Last year’s version was great! Loved following games and checking stats. This year, more advertising, less content, and won’t connect to radio broadcast or even acknowledge there is a broadcast. No player news, nor anything intelligible about status of team before game. Why change something interesting and useful for this. Check out cbssports webpage for much better info during game.

I’ve noticed since the season started the app doesn’t update the score. At the end of the Pacers game the screen froze in the 4th quarter 133-127. Too bad everything else looks good but this isn’t.

The old app worked and was easy to use and much easier on the eyes. The stats sorting for each player is awful. You can no longer click to sort by columns, and way too much horizontal scrolling. Why so much space between the columns? Horizontal scrolling for each player stat row is supper buggy while the game is on. It jumps around and cuts off the player name etc and the column titles disappear instead of being sticky as you scoop downward. I have to scroll waaaaay over to see like blocks and straka and it cuts off the player bake or starts jumping around and being super buggy while the game is on. The old app did all of this and did it beautifully and was so easy to see everything and sort it. The old app stats TPWD and columns were good ol black and white with minimal space between the columns and were plain and simple to read. Please please bring that back.

When is the app going to be available on the Apple TV?

UI is confusing stats are only showing the first quarter. Really needs a major overhaul of design and user experience.

My iPad is updated and it still won’t work. When it says get an older version it doesn’t work. So the app doesn’t work.

Advertised as preseason games being shown on spurs app. The UI is confusing and don’t know where is clickable where is not.. perhaps a better UI/UX testing is needed?

What happened to the old spurs app? This one is annoying to use. The onboarding process looked so bad! Words getting cut off and looked terrible. The UX is fine I guess but find it challenging to get around the app and find what I want
