Can’t transfer tickets
I would guess one of the main functions of the app is for ticket management. I have a group of us going to a game within a week and the app isn’t letting me transfer tickets to others. What am I supposed to do?!? I also firmly believe that using no paper tickets contributes to lower attendance. Some people just don’t want to deal with the digital part of it because of things like this! **Updated to 3 ⭐️** Ok found out the ticket transfer problem was a Ticketmaster issue, not the app. However the UI is still not the friendliest and easy to use.. but glad it works **updated to 2 ⭐️** More errors transferring tickets. It’s really frustrating and there’s no explanation given.
Worst App Ever! Please get rid of this app
Ticket transfer is such a nightmare with this app. When you have to make a YouTube video to show how to transfer tickets, you know you have a gigantic problem with your app. Just a poorly thought out app, I hope you had unpaid interns make this app and not a paid professional.
App is super buggy
They are trying to do too much. The app is slow and has a ton of bugs.
Good app for sharks details!
I really like the app as a more convenient source than the website. I especially love being able to listen to the games via radio through the app!
Can we please stop the constant crashing?
Crashes A LOT.
Does many things, not a single one well
Streaming game within the app do not respect system media controls for play/pause, and will randomly stop mid stream. If other audio is playing when app is launched, volume is lowered significantly until S+SAPC app is killed.
Color me confused
This works fine on my iphone, but not at all on my tablet.
Unreliable audio
You’d think that in the Silicon Valley the Sharks could find a good app developer. App keeps freezing during audio. Games are unlistenable. Go back to terrestrial radio until you can get this corrected!
Audio Focus
An app has no business claiming audio focus unless the user chooses to play something. Please fix this.
