It simply doesn’t work properly. They can’t blame their poor wifi either as it didn’t work properly prior to arrival. What an awful impression of ineptitude, lack of care and through complacency it presents.
It doesn’t function or flow very well. It doesn’t cater enough for guests. The loading time is too slow and I think overall, for such a resort, it needs research and design work asap!!!
Did not work at all at times and properly at others. Did not save bookings made. Did not update to show concierge bookings. Really disappointing as it did heavily impact the enjoyment of our stay.
Just one word: awful.
It’s slow, difficult to browse the days activities, restaurants show as fully booked when they are most entirely empty, the map doesn’t show half of the Porto complex. The website is more up to date. We organised our stay more easily once on site by using WhatsApp to speak to concierge, and after several nights stay realised it was the app misleading us about restaurant bookings. I wish they had just told us on arrival not to bother with it.
Just arrived in Sani and downloaded the app. I tried to register with no luck, I just seemed to get video of what looks like a spinning view of a table from above stood in the water. The only way to move off that image was delete the app. Reloaded, same happened, now permanently deleted.
Unsure if server is down. I’ve booked a few restaurants before arrival, app has unconnected me from my booking account then can’t reconnect again. We have to be connected to a booking account before we can book any activities
So slow it is almost unusable. Booking restaurants and selecting a time slot and then the reservation calendar says a completely different time. No idea what is booked!
