Sanlam Reality

The movie age restriction is not showing which makes it difficult to know if a movie is suitable for younger viewers or not. Please fix this

Sanlam your 2008 app needs major updates please I love the benefits but your wasting your potential and the growth of the company by not having innovative solutions and features this is basic we moving in a more technological age please revise your idea for this app

Maybe consider Vitality instead this is really a R300 mistake that gives you movie discounts, show max for 5 x months. This app never works and if you really want to use anything here you still have to use the web interface.

Absolutely useless app. I hope the website is better.

Personal assistant doesn't work.

This section doesn’t allow read receipt of messages( sent or received). You are unable to identify whom you are speaking to when sending messages in the app. notifications don’t work despite being adjusted under settings on my phone to be allowed to deliver at any time, it still doesn’t . So messages are at times missed unless you physically have the app open. Developers can do better here.

This app is a very poor representation of the Sanlam Reality product. Had I seen the App first, I certainly would not have taken up the product

For some reason I can’t understand, the app only gives access to a few of the benefits instead of being able to access and work on ALL of them without having to go into the Sanlam full website. Examples are: 1. You can’t enter your participation in an event via the app. 2. You can’t do a latest valuation of your vehicle via the app Come on developers, unless the app does everything you can do on the website, it remains useless.

Works great except that after booking my movie, I wasn’t sent my reference code. Which meant R130 down the drain.

Movie feature never works , either nothing you click on has any effect, or if u get to selecting a movie payment details always fail
