买大了尺码,在没有剪掉吊牌的情况退款时,客户拒绝,说我什么吊牌损毁(我什么都没有动过)而且,就算是,衣服不影响,吊牌还在,里面的价钱贴纸撕了,你们内部不可以贴个新的?更何况,两件衣服,其中一件有问题,你两件都同我退回来。直接说不能退。真的非常失望。已卸载。再见

已经下单的商品 过了四五天还一直没发货,然后问了客服才跟我说没货,才说给我申请退款,如果我不问是不是就一直不管我这个订单,而且没货的情况下,申请个退款还要等一个星期退款才到账,我也是服了。这么大一家公司整这么一个垃圾软件 和这群垃圾客服。真的是服了
