Amazing City
Santa Clarita is amazing
Useful and easy
User-friendly and quick to report issues with. Only suggestion I would make is with locations - when reporting something while moving (as passenger in a car, as often done I imagine) it's tricky to get the GPS/ map to stop moving with you so you can select the correct location. Great app, though!

Finally, an intelligent way to send feedback to the city without having to search for hours for the proper department an phone number!
City is prompt to handle all problems that are reported.
This is a very useful site and the city responds quickly, usually with the actual person responsible.
