Stay Secure
• With Touch ID® or Face ID®, log in with just your fingerprint or facial recognition. If you share your device with others, please note that any fingerprints stored on your device may be used to log in to Santander Business Mobile Banking and access your account.
Deposit Checks
• Deposit checks in a snap, with simplified check deposit flow, camera enhancements, and step-by-step instructions. Mobile deposits are subject to limits and other restrictions. Please see the Digital Banking Agreement for Business Online and Mobile Banking for details.
Pay Bills
• Schedule and authorize payments.
• Pay eBills.

Santander Business App
App mostly works ok. Depositing checks is extremely frustrating. Often have to take multiple pictures of the check for it to be submitted. Many error messages pop up, either the amount doesn’t match or needs to be from a verified institution. Both of which we ensure are correct, yet there is issue after issue. This app needs to be undated so the check depositing process can be improved. Also, attempting to login into business app is nearly impossible if you are not connected to WiFi. When we are out on the go or at job sites, we do not have WiFi. Opening the app takes a significant amount of time and frustration.

The employees at the Egleston Square branch in Roxbury always provide excellent service.

Face recognition doesn’t consistently work on this app. I find myself having to retype my password often just to sign in

Password woes
Their software is not recognized by my password manager 1Password so it’s a pain to log into.
Error code 403 constant
This app is unusable 50% of the time. Error code. Delete and reload and sometimes that clears the bug but extremely inconvenient and completely unreliable
