There’s no option to change the language to English there’s so many American banks with polish language but this one does not do it for us

I find it hilarious that your team can easily answer these reviews in English, but refuse to make it an option to have the app in English. You keep saying that it’s for people in Poland, but you loan to Americans as well. I don’t understand why you wouldn’t add the English to your app. It’s almost as if you want to be sneaky and limit people’s ability to pay what they owe so you can slam them with interest and hidden fees. The website is just inconvenient in today’s society and you’re well aware of that, but you still refuse to add English. I just find that funny 😂.

Typical Santander to only put out an app in polish. No convenience for its American customers. Fees on top of fees. More hidden fees in App and app doesn’t work, crashes constantly. It is a sham just like this company. If you are considering this company for auto loan don’t do it!! There are multiple SUCCESSFUL class action lawsuits against them!Currently they were sued by the government! This company is dishonest, we are currently in the process of gathering more customers to file a new class action lawsuit due to fraud from this company. We paid all of our 72 payments per our contract and now this company says we suddenly somehow owe another $10,000 when we’ve already paid 70,000 on a $29,000 car!! Our lawyer went through our contract and nowhere in our contract does it say anything about back door hidden accumulated interest after the 72 payments!! FRAUD! They do this on purpose because they know you don’t want your credit being ruined so you’re trapped! THIS IS EXTORTION AND ITS ILLEGAL!! You’re backed into a corner paying their ransom!! RUN!! Why isn’t there an English version of this app? You’re servicing people who speak English as well, I’m highly confused and frankly I’m annoyed.

Mag you incorporate English and other languages into the app so that it’s convenient for all users and not just some. Satisfy your customers with the option please. Thanks !

The app works just fine. The UI could be better, but overall, the app does its job. Not sure why people add negative reviews because the app is not in English. The description and developer name makes it clear that this is an app for Santander Consumer in Poland. I speak Polish, but I think that English language support could be added anyway. Not everyone in Poland actually speaks Polish. Most Polish banks already implemented English language in their apps.
