I can’t open my mobile banking since 1 month to much problem can you suggest me what can I do

In the Price guide, we will tell you how much you need to maintain a Santander account and the monthly fee for the card is PLN 0.
In the Carbon footprint, we show your approximate carbon footprint, based on purchases made with our cards. In this section you will also find tips that will help you save not only the environment but also money.

Very difficult to operate & not all options which suppose to be

Jakim cudem tak wysoka ocena tej aplikacji. 😱 Mam trzy aplikacje bankowe i pozostałe dwie są intuicyjne. Takie jaka była stara aplikacja Santander. Prawie rok minął a mnie nadal ta nowa meczy.
Is it discrimination?
I'm from Belarus. we left the country in 2021. We opened an account with Santander in June 2023. At the end of May 2024, in front of my friend’s eyes, the application stopped working. due to the fact that the bank did not have information about her residence permit. without warning. I received a residence permit on 12/06 and two hours later I received a message in Latin Russian about the granting of a residence permit. I brought it right away. the next day I came with my husband to provide his card (he also has a JDG account) and asked: is my card in the system - yes, everything is there - they answered me. In my husband’s Internet banking, the message “nie mamy twojej karty pobytu” still appears. in my application - the inability to use some services, since I do not have a residence permit.

Od wielu tygodni wisi przy ikonie aplikacji informacja o nieodczytanym powiadomieniu mimo że wszystko jest odczytane. Frustrujace
Apka na 5!
Używam od lat i zmiany generalnie ciągle na plus. Coraz wygodniejszy interfejs, najważniejsze rzeczy na jedno-dwa dotknięcia ekranu. Kontakt z konsultantem przez apke też dobry.

Santander to bank, który dyskryminuje ze względu na narodowość. w 2020 roku cały świat wspierał Białorusinów, a teraz my, bez ojczyzny, cierpimy na dyskryminację, a Santander ze swoją blokadą kont jest jaskrawym przykładem głupiego przywództwa i segregacji społeczeństwa. jeśli nie wspierasz wojny, zabierz swoje pieniądze i zamknij konta w Santander
