Honestly SAP, this is just embarrassing at this point. It’s been a year since an update to this complicated PIA app? If you aren’t moving forward with Business One just tell us. You seem to be falling more and more behind other SME ERPs. B1 seems to require an integration for everything now and doesn’t have viable mobile apps or web clients. Get it together SAP or just say you aren’t moving forward with it. This is beyond frustration for all of us.
We are SAP B1 client since more than 5 years. I like SAP and as a manager mostly traveling around the world with my mobile devices this App is vital to me for being up-to-date in a smart way. I use the App more than I use the software on my laptop. I wonder why SAP doesn’t care about this App? It is not well maintained nor updated. The last check/bug fix listed on the store is 1 year ago.
Dint receive an update from over a year now. The IOS 13 doesn’t support this app.
This app feels “tacked” on to the convoluted and tedious system that is SAP. The setup is a hassle, the interface isn’t up-to-date. And SAP B1 in general really has to make a leap and evolve to make it compatible with todays software usability standards. It might have been amazing in the 90s and function wise is OK even today, but usability is close to non-existant. Don’t get complacent SAP, as that path has only one destination.
Why place a demo when it won’t connect? Hopefully this helps fix it: "Processing Failed. Internal server error; contact your system administrator." I’m using my personal iPad on an unrestricted home network.
An amazing app that is easy to use very powerful. Latest version has some issues, screen fails to rotate after viewing a report.
Neither the SAP Partner nor our IT staff have not been able to login to SAP B1 with this app. I can't tell you how many man hours were wasted just trying to get the app to connect to the SAP sever without success. There is absolutely no reason this is as complicated SAP has made it. To make matters worse support from SAP has been almost nonexistent, and any information we were able to finally get was useless. The first versions of the app connected with no problem, but later versions have been nothing but troublesome. We just performed an update on our SAP server to make sure then server software was all up to date... Of course that didn't fix the connection problem.
Update clearly stated iPhone 6 and 6 plus optimizations. I see none, the app still runs as iPhone 5 native.
SAP Business One mobile app allows the CEO to be informed and even participate in important day to day operations. As CEO you are normally out of the office, now you can get alerts, CRM info and even authorize special transactions while on the move.
