The latest update still gives incorrect information, showing details which makes no sense. This has been reported and is being looked at, but this latest version has not rectified it. The units are pointless and very unreliable.

Saphe Premium subscription
Saphe Premium gives you access to additional features:
• Speed limit display.
• Speeding assistant.
• Route navigation.
• Apple CarPlay.
At the same time, your subscription ensures that you will continue to receive the latest updates and features. The new Saphe Drive Pro traffic alert requires a paid subscription to Saphe Premium.
Saphe Premium can also be combined with older models such as Saphe One+ and Saphe Drive Mini.
Getting started
• Download the Saphe Link app.
• Create a user account.
• Connect the traffic alarm to your smartphone via Bluetooth.
• Activate/create a subscription for Saphe Premium (required for Pro). If you have a starter pack, the traffic alarm is already set up with a 12-month subscription.
• Place the traffic alarm in the car within sight and reach.
Please note that:
- to be able to start automatically, Saphe Link needs access to your location, while the app is in the background.
- continuous use of GPS in the background may drain your battery faster than normal.

Needs an update
I bought the Saphe pro after getting a ticket in an average speed zone on the A406 Initially thought the Saphe pro was a good product to alert you of cameras and speed limits (as they are changing all the time in London) How ever the speed camera and sped limit database are out of date it is only accurate 70/75% of the time. The Saphe link app needs to updated. I still use this along side Waze but it is quite pointless other than the display on the dash. If I had know this before I purchased one I would of looked into other products.
Please add speed limits for vans
As per title. Bought this for use in a van in the uk. However this is proving to be almost pointless on A roads as the pre programmed speed limit on the device is for cars, vans have lower speed limit on A roads and would be nice if you can somehow tell it if your in the van so it notifies us if we go over 60 and not 70. If you could implement this then it would be perfect. Thanks

This device is brilliant getting better all the time, I check for updates manually every few days because I find that they don’t always download automatically
Almost great !!!
Sits on my Tesla M3 dashboard and is super useful on long journeys. It will save you money ££££. Issues: *Often when new roadworks appear it often says 70mph instead of 50mph for many weeks. *On the B6232 (Belthorn) the average speed cameras go from 30mph up to 50mph and then down to 40mph. On Saphe for 4 miles it just says 30 mph! I want a way of reporting errors on the map by pressing both buttons simultaneously❗️
Too many Problems
I’ve been using this now for about 2 months. When it works, it’s ok. However! 1. There are too many inaccuate/non-exsistant reports. I travel on the M62, M1 and A1 frequently. It still gives warnings of cameras that no longer exsist. I have been inable to find a way to report this. 2. You report a new camera but it is nit added to the database Luckily, I will no longer be driving soon as I’m retiring. But I pity the drivers who rely on this
Poor Database
What one needs to know is where the MOBILE camera traps are located, so having purchased drove south down (the notorious for mobile camera vans) A417 dual carriageway in Glos. Not one of the known 4 locations in 15 miles brought any alerts, but I notified each time on the device. If it doesn't update the database swiftly, then the Saphe mini is next to useless and doesn't inspire my confidence in its 'protection' on routes elsewhere in the UK that I am unfamiliar with.
Database is not reliable for UK motorway roadworks
There have been extensive 50mph average speed camera sections on the UK M42 and M40 around Birmingham for many weeks now - these are visible on eg Radarbot but do not show up at all on Saphe. It cannot be relied upon. It is a shame as the Saphe Mini hardware is brilliant but it is let down by the app and database.
Keeps disconnecting
It was great when I first got it. Solid connection to the unit and worked faultless. Since the update it keeps disconnecting and or freezing. Virtually useless now. Very disappointed as I paid for the pro version.
Useful no more
Recent app update killed the connection to my Saphe Drive. They’ve updated it but still the connection causes no speed to be displayed. How do you ruin a great product?!
